Exchanges & Returns
If you're not satisfied for any reason with the first item from your first order, we’ll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange the item.
Policy only applies once we received returned items and can corroborate they are unworn items. All requests must be made within 100 days of delivery.
We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us, which is why we offer "Smart Return Program" at checkout, your extra layer of protection. This optional feature ensures an even smoother shopping experience by covering return shipping. Simply add it at checkout for added peace of mind!
If you're not satisfied with the way your items fit, you can return or exchange it for a different size. For international orders we recommend requesting a refund on the initial order and placing a new order. Only orders placed in the last 100 days are eligible for exchanges.
Please follow our returns process in order to receive a refund on your initial order.
Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, which is why we now offer an optional Smart Return Program at checkout for just $1.98. By paying this fee, you can enjoy a free return if needed. If the fee is not selected, a $10 restocking fee will apply for returns.Returns are authorized for unworn products with all tags and labels attached.

Return and Exchange Guidelines:
- Exchanges/Returns must be made within 100 days of delivery.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet fur, and with hang tags attached in their original packaging.
- Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- We can only process exchanges and returns for items purchased directly from Perk. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued for the price of goods purchased at the time of sale. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are nonrefundable.
Important:
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless the Smart Return Program was added at checkout. No restocking fee is charged for exchanges.
If you are returning or exchanging multiple items from the same order, please do so together to ensure only one return label is generated. This will streamline the process and make it more efficient for you.
International Orders:
At this time, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for international orders. Please return items via mail to the address listed above, including your order number and receipt in the package.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the package back in our warehouse.If you have any additional questions, please reach us at hello@perkclothing.com
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please contact us to confirm your return is authorized before sending anything back or attempting to return an item. If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed, nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.

Shipping
Orders can take up to 48 hours before shipping out of our warehouse.
Note: In some cases, there may be delays in delivery due to weather conditions and/or customs clearance.
While we currently do not offer international shipping, we're excited to extend our reach worldwide through freight forwarding services. Simply sign up with a reputable freight forwarder, provide their address at checkout, and they'll take care of the rest, ensuring your Perk Clothing order reaches you wherever you are. Product
Every product launch undergoes rigorous testing for durability and performance, both in the lab and in the real world. Once we sign off on our work, we release limited batches of our products for testing. You feedback is used to continuously improve our design and manufacturing process. Once the product is ready, we release it to the public.
