Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied for any reason with the first item from your first order, we’ll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange the item. Just head to the returns page with your email and zip code and confirm whether you'd like a refund for the item or an exchange to get something of a different size or category.

The policy only applies to your first worn item of each type per customer. All requests must be made within 100 days of delivery. If you choose to replace the item, we will ship the item to you free of charge. For all other returns and exchanges, please see our standard return policy below.

If you're not satisfied with the size of the first item from your first order, you can return or exchange it for a different size by following our regular returns and exchange policy. The happiness guarantee applies to exchanges as well :)

Returns are authorized for unworn products with all tags and labels attached. When a product is authorized for return, you can return the item by mail. To return by mail, please submit your request in the returns center. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns / Exchanges must be made within 100 days of delivery. Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders. All items must be unworn, unwashed, with hang tags attached and in original packaging. For any authorized return or exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping for packages being shipped from the lower 48 states using a carrier of our choosing. You'll get a prepaid label from our returns platform. Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from Perk. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please contact us to confirm your return is authorized before sending anything back or attempting to return an item. If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.

Shipping

We ship everything from our fulfillment center in Alabama via USPS, UPS or Fedex within 1 business day of receiving your order, depending on how many orders we've gotten and wether your item is marked as in-stock or pre-order. Orders are delivered by the courier 3-6 days after we ship them. We also offer expedited shipping with FedEx for $10. Expedited orders placed before 12pm EST will be delivered the next day, and ones placed after 12pm EST will be delivered in 2 days.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. 

We ship almost all over the globe for a flat $10 via your country's preferred partner and your country’s post office. Shipping is free on orders over $100. Additional customs fees/taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. You can expect to get your order in 5-15 days business days due to customs and/or your mail person. You can also upgrade to expedited/express shipping for an additional fee calculated during checkout.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Our most commonly used carriers are Fedex and USPS.

Product

Every product launch undergoes rigorous testing for durability and performance, both in the lab and in the real world. Once we sign off on our work, we release limited batches of our products for testing. You feedback is used to continously improve our design and manufacturing process. One the product is ready, we release it to the public.
