Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied for any reason with the first item from your first order, we’ll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange the item.

The policy only applies to unworn items. All requests must be made within 100 days of delivery.

If you're not satisfied with the way your items fit, you can return or exchange it for a different size. For international orders we recommend requesting a refund on the initial order and placing a new order. Only orders placed in the last 100 days are eligible for exchanges.

Please follow our returns process in order to receive a refund on your initial order.

Returns are authorized for unworn products with all tags and labels attached.

Returns / Exchanges must be made within 100 days of delivery. Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders. All items must be unworn, unwashed, with hang tags attached and in original packaging. Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund will be processed immediately. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from Perk. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.
We will issue a refund for the price of goods purchased at the moment of sale. We cannot issue a refund or store credit for shipping costs nor for duties & taxes. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted to the refund amount (restocking fee is not charged if it’s an exchange).

How can I request a refund and return my international order?

If you are unhappy with your items for any reason you can return them via mail to the following address:

Please make sure order number and receipt is inside package.

At this time, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping on international orders.

How long will it take for my refund to be completed?
You can expect your refund to be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the package back in our warehouse.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please contact us to confirm your return is authorized before sending anything back or attempting to return an item. If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed, nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.

Shipping

Orders can take up to 48 hours before shipping. We only offer international expedited service with FEDEX which mean orders take 3-10 days to reach your door.
Note: In some cases, there may be delays in delivery due to weather conditions and/or customs clearance.

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.
Orders are shipped during business days (excluding major holidays). You can expect to get your order in 5-10 days business days.

Please note that we cannot control and are not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to packages as customs policies vary by country. In some cases, there may be delays in delivery due to weather conditions and/or customs clearance.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. For international orders we will be using mostly FEDEX.

Product

Every product launch undergoes rigorous testing for durability and performance, both in the lab and in the real world. Once we sign off on our work, we release limited batches of our products for testing. You feedback is used to continuously improve our design and manufacturing process. Once the product is ready, we release it to the public.
