Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. All return items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags still intact. Return shipping is complimentary within the US but a $10 re-stocking fee is deducted from all refunds.

All items are inspected upon receipt to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We do not provide complimentary return shipping for those outside of the US. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Perk Clothing.

If your order included a free product as part of a promotional offer, the free product must be returned if you choose to return any item that qualified you for the gift.

If the free product is not returned, the full retail value of the free product will be deducted from your refund. This helps us maintain fair promotional practices and ensure continued value for all customers.

The above applies to all purchases excluding special events, where return policy will be indicated on your receipt.

Discrepancy in Return/Exchange Request Disclaimer
If there is a discrepancy in your digital refund/exchange request compared to what we actually receive, our customer experience team will contact you. If you return an item that does not meet our return standards (i.e., it is worn, damaged, or washed), or return a product, and want it back, the cost to send that product back to you is $30 USD.
