Our garments are cut and sewn in batches, and a small amount of cut-to-cut variance is normal in apparel manufacturing. Standard tolerance across the industry is roughly 1–2 cm (about ½–¾ inch) on measurements like waist, inseam, rise, and leg opening.
That means two pairs of the same size can measure marginally differently, and you may notice a slight difference in how they sit. This is expected in any manufactured garment and isn't considered a defect.

Please don't create a separate request for each item. Separate requests generate separate labels, and each label is tied to its own package. If you put everything into one box on one label, only one item will scan as received, the rest stay open as pending returns, which delays your refund, credit, or exchange and usually means contacting us to sort it out.
If you're returning items from different orders, submit one request per order. Each order needs its own request and its own label, and each one ships back separately.

Chinos are typically tapered, have a flat front, and are made from a lightweight cotton or cotton-blend twill. However, khakis usually refer to pleated, straight-legged pants made from thicker cotton twill fabric. They are often dyed a khaki color and associated with a more casual style. Most chinos use a straight waistband, a flat strip of fabric that sits across your lower back instead of into it, so everything below drops in one flat sheet.
This one is curved. The fabric goes around you instead of past you, and you get shape back where you already had it.
97% organic cotton cavalry twill with stretch woven in, because cotton moves air and polyester does not.
Cavalry twill, 97% organic cotton and 3% spandex. The stretch is woven into the yarn in both directions, so the fabric gives when you sit and returns when you stand rather than holding the shape of the chair.
The waist is curved rather than cut straight, which is why it sits without digging or gapping at the back. Legs are slim through the thigh and tapered to the ankle, trim without being tight. Athletic-strength thread at the stress seams. Front pockets are cut deep enough that a phone stays put when you sit, with two back pockets, a coin pocket, and printed interior pocketing.
